概要

博士号取得者の創造性と革新性を、高度な研修と国際・分野間・セクター間の流動を通じて高めることを目的とするフェローシップ。締切時点で博士号を有し研究経験8年以内、かつ受入国に締切前36か月のうち12か月を超えて居住・主たる活動をしていない研究者が対象。European PF（欧州の受入機関で12〜24か月、国籍不問）とGlobal PF（第三国で12〜24か月と帰国期間12か月）の2種類。支給は人月単位の単価で、生活費6,350ユーロ、移動手当710ユーロ、家族手当660ユーロ、研究・訓練・ネットワーク費1,000ユーロ等（生活費に国別補正係数を適用）。2026年コールは4月9日開始、締切9月9日17時（ブリュッセル時間）、予算総額3億9,905万ユーロで約1,600件の採択見込み。応募は研究者と受入機関が共同でEU Funding & Tenders Portalから行う。

採択されやすい研究像

①Excellence（重み50%）: 研究・イノベーション目的の質と適切性（どれだけ野心的で最先端を超えるか）、方法論の妥当性（学際的アプローチ、ジェンダー次元やその他の多様性、オープンサイエンスの質を含む）、受入側と研究者の双方向の知識移転および指導・研修の質、応募研究者の職務経験・能力・技能の適切性。②Impact（30%）: 研究者のキャリア展望と就業可能性を高め能力開発に寄与する措置の信頼性、普及・活用計画と広報活動により期待される成果とインパクトを最大化する措置の適切性と質、科学的・社会的・経済的インパクトへの寄与の大きさと重要性。③Quality and efficiency of the implementation（20%）: 作業計画の質と有効性、リスク評価、ワークパッケージへの労力配分の適切性、受入機関および参加機関の質と能力（受入体制を含む）。各基準は5点満点で閾値3、合計70%以上が採択候補となる。
